Chat with your clients
The web chat is the same one as in the app.
Under Clients > Messages you talk to each client through the same chat as the app: what you write on the web shows up on their phone, and their reply arrives here.
- The client gets a notification on their phone.
- When they send the feedback of a workout, it appears in the conversation as a card. Tap Read feedback to see the rating and comments.
- The reply you write on an assessment also reaches the client through the chat.
- Collaborators only see the conversations when they have permission for the Messages module.
