How to delete your account
Step by step and what to check first.
- Open the account settings from your profile menu.
- Go to the Delete account tab.
- Click Delete my account and confirm.
This action cannot be undone.
Before deleting
- If you have a paid subscription, cancel it under My account > Subscription. Subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play are canceled in the stores themselves.
- Collaborators cannot delete the personal trainer's account: only the owner can.
