Due-date reminders by e-mail

In the account settings, Billing notices tab, you turn on the automatic due-date e-mails:

• Expiry notice: sent before the plan's due date, as many days ahead as you choose (1 to 15 days), once per cycle.
• Plan expired: sent the day after the due date, once per cycle.

The e-mail carries your brand, the plan, the due date and a button to contact you. If you registered your PIX key, the client receives the PIX copy-and-paste code already with the plan amount. E-mails go out once a day, in the morning.

Only clients with the option to notify about the due date turned on in their profile receive them (not canceled ones or dependents).
