Connect Google Calendar and create Meet rooms

Connect Google Calendar to see ProShapeHub appointments in Google too. Syncing is one-way: what you create here shows up there.

1. Open Schedule and, on the Google Calendar card, click Connect Google.
2. Sign in to your Google account and authorize. We only ask for access to the events created by this app.
3. Go back to the Schedule: the connection is completed. If you want to resend future appointments, use Sync upcoming.

Google Meet

When you create an online appointment, check Create a Google Meet room. The link shows up on the appointment within a few seconds.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect whenever you want, on the same card. We revoke the access at Google and delete the token from our systems. The details are in the Privacy policy.
