Appointment notices and reminders
Who gets notified, when and through which channel.
ProShapeHub automatically notifies about appointments:
- Change notices: when an appointment is created, rescheduled or canceled.
- Reminders: 24 hours and 1 hour before the time.
- Client with an account: gets a phone notification. By e-mail, only if you check Notify by email on the appointment.
- You: get the reminders as notifications.
- For repeating appointments, there is a single notice for the series.
