Your exercise video library
Use your own videos on the exercises of your workouts.
Under Libraries > Workout and cardio > My exercises you register your videos (YouTube, Vimeo or Bunny links) and link each one to an exercise in the catalog.
- Automatic linking only happens when the video name is identical to the exercise name. What does not match stays as Not linked, with suggestions for you to choose from.
- You can also import the Prime Coaching "My exercises" .xlsx spreadsheet and link many at once.
- Once linked, the video becomes the exercise link: it is pre-filled when you build workouts and is updated in the workouts you have already built.
The client opens the video from the exercise in the app.
