Workout templates and exercise library

Build a workout once and reuse it with any client.

• My workouts: your workout templates. Create one with New preset workout and check the prescription before reusing it.
• My exercises: the exercises you use, with your own video when you link one.

Both lists are under Libraries > Workout and cardio, in tabs. To apply a template to a client, use Use template in the Workouts tab of their profile.
